Welcome to Twseel. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Twseel platform and services operated by GARSEGA SOFTWARE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Twseel services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
Description of Services
Twseel provides a logistics platform that connects shipping companies with delivery agents. Our services include: shipment management and tracking, delivery agent marketplace, automated dispatch and route optimization, payment processing and settlements, and real-time communication tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User Obligations
Users agree to: use the platform only for lawful purposes, provide accurate shipment information, not interfere with or disrupt our services, not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and treat other users with respect. Delivery agents must additionally maintain valid licenses and insurance, and handle packages with care.
Payments and Fees
Service fees are disclosed before transactions are completed. Payment terms vary based on your account type (company, merchant, or agent). Companies and merchants agree to pay for services according to their selected pricing plan. Agent earnings are paid according to the settlement schedule. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twseel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
The Twseel platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by GARSEGA SOFTWARE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our written permission.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Sudanese law. The arbitration shall take place in Khartoum, Sudan. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our platform or via email. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue use of our services.
